Busy Medical Spa Looking for Experienced Assistant Manager & Sales
We are currently searching for results driven and experienced Assistant Manager & Sales with a can-do attitude that is ready to hit the ground running, someone that is great at multitasking. This is an amazing opportunity for a motivated individual that has a passion for the aesthetic industry and a keen sense of business.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Managing staff of 12-15+ of Spa & Med Spa Team
-Making sure staff meet and exceed sales goals
-Responsible for all revenue and meeting sales goals
-Up-selling and cross selling existing patient base
-Conduct and close consultations
-Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Spa
-Providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients
-Maintaining client relations and contacting patients for follow-up
-Managing all staff, staff schedules and client appointments
-Managing the daily administrative operations as well as having a strong sense of what it means to provide world class service to our clientele.
-Must have experience dealing effectively with customer complaints and ensuring operations suns smoothly.
Compensation: Ranges from $32-$38 per hour plus potential monthly bonus based om meeting monthly goals.
