Looking for: An experienced injector with previous nursing and aesthetic injectable experience.
We are seeking an Aesthetic Nurse injector with a strong background in nursing, expertise and training in various injectable treatments, and a passion for delivering excellent results. Candidate must possess excellent sales and customer service abilities, as well as the ability to inform and advise clients about procedures, treatments, and desired outcomes.
What you will need:
Minimum 3+ years of aesthetic experience required
Minimum of 2+ years as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting required
Current & valid Arizona nursing license
Essential Skills & Abilities:
· Administer injectable treatments in a precise and safe manner, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
· Extensive knowledge of facial anatomy and facial rejuvenation.
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must be a self-starter and motivated to grow.
· Ability to conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their aesthetic concerns and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate patients on treatment options, potential risks and post-treatment instructions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing ongoing support and addressing concerns and questions.
· Actively participate in professional development activities, such as conferences and training to enhance knowledge and skills.
· Proven sales experience for treatments and medical grade products.
· Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client.
· Work collaboratively and effectively with staff, colleagues, and medical director.
· Capacity for making quick, appropriate decisions and will initiate appropriate treatment actions.

Salary: Up to $300,000 per year (Base pay plus commission) (Transparent Commission Structure)
