Top Scottsdale Medical Spa looking for a Medspa assistant with excellent customer service skills, team mentality and a positive attitude to join our Blume Skin & Body Team. Candidate must be detail oriented, punctual, mature, have excellent written, verbal and computer skills (word/excel knowledge a plus) and be open to cross-training with other positions.
Duties:
Assisting lead CLT/Aesthetician during treatments and rooming patients
Front Desk (Checking clients in and out)
Answering phones/scheduling appointments and answering questions
EXCELLENT customer service skills required
Ability to interact effectively with patients, administration, providers and staff is a must
Team player who actively seeks opportunities to assist others
Inventory control in exam rooms & storage room
Product Sales
Willingness to learn about Medspa products and services

Monday 10:00am- 7:00pm
Tuesday 10:00am- 6:00pm
Wednesday 10:00am- 7:00pm
Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm
Friday 10:00am- 6:00pm
