We are looking for an Assistant Manager to work nights and weekends. We are looking for an Assistant Manager that possesses strong emotional intelligence to run the spa in the absence of the Spa Director. Someone who is able to problem solve intelligently and professionally . Someone who can grow and be open minded to being mentored . Duties include:
- Upholds our 5 star Standard
- Handling client complaints in a compassionate and timely manner
- Direct trainer for the the front desk
- Bank Deposits
- Portion of payroll
- Has strong emotional intelligence
- Can problem solve quickly
- Be a team player
- Embodies fairness and kindness
- Helps set up monthly meetings and clean up
- Handles budget spreadsheet and filing of receipts
- Paperwork for new hires sent into payroll company
- Extends and works shifts when a front desk member calls out
- Works in the face of the public with limited office time ( 4 hours a week )
- Oversees discounted orders
- Helps with supply orders
- Strong communication skills
- Full transparency of concerns or issues within the spa communicated
- Viewing the incident log and coming up with solutions
- Building professional connections with the team, avoiding personal friendships
- Strong boundaries and firm belief in our philosophy
- Able to connect with New Hires and take on practical's
- Handles calls out from the back of house
- Shifts are all closing including both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Willingness to relocate between either spa where help is needed
- Serious canidates only who want to grow
