Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide aesthetic and laser skin services
- Quality control and adherence to performance standards for quality control
- Educate patients about treatment options and present recommendations
- Participate in marketing & educational activities, seminars, events in support of the brand & philosophy
- Provide superior customer service and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business with patients to understand their goals and objectives and develop treatment plans to achieve those goals
- Must be willing to work Saturdays
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1+ years’ experience as an Aesthetician and Laser Tech
- Certification with the Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is critical to being successful in this role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Passion for the industry

The pay range for this role is: 20 - 28 USD per hour(Phoenix)
