Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide aesthetic and laser skin services
Quality control and adherence to performance standards for quality control
Educate patients about treatment options and present recommendations
Participate in marketing & educational activities, seminars, events in support of the brand & philosophy
Provide superior customer service and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business with patients to understand their goals and objectives and develop treatment plans to achieve those goals
Must be willing to work Saturdays

Qualifications and Skills:

1+ years’ experience as an Aesthetician and Laser Tech
Certification with the Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency
Experience in a fast-paced environment is critical to being successful in this role
Excellent customer service skills
Passion for the industry
