What You’ll Do

Perform accurate and timely end-of-day financial reconciliation, ensuring all guest accounts are balanced and aligned with hotel records

Verify and post guest charges, payments, and adjustments with meticulous precision

Handle guest inquiries related to billing, charges, folio details, providing clear explanations and exceptional guest services

Generate and distribute relevant financial and operational reports to various departments including hotel management

Conduct comprehensive audits of daily transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies, errors or potential issues

Assist the Front Desk with check ins, check outs, and guest requests during the overnight hours

Monitor and control access to the hotel during the night, ensuring guest and property security

Handle any emergencies or unexpected situations that arise during the overnight shift, including coordinating with security and emergency services if needed.
