Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cosmetic Dental Concierge & Business Development Specialist to join our team.
- This pivotal role will serve as the primary point of contact for cosmetic dental leads, guiding potential clients through every stage of their journey—from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead Management & Sales
- Respond promptly to cosmetic dentistry inquiries through phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Educate potential clients about available treatments, benefits, and processes to address their needs and concerns.
- Build relationships with leads, developing trust and excitement about our services.
- Proactively follow up with leads to encourage booking consultations and treatments.
- Track lead conversions seamlessly and identify opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
Customer Journey Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout the intake process.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments in support of Dr. Sluyk.
- Ensure patients are fully prepared for their visits, including completing necessary paperwork and understanding treatment expectations.
- Monitor progress throughout the patient’s journey to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for growth by expanding referral networks and developing relationships with partners.
- Analyze lead conversion metrics to recommend improvements in marketing and patient acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and improve customer acquisition.
Follow-Up & Retention:
- Check in with patients after treatments to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
- Promote follow-up care and additional services to enhance patient loyalty and retention.
- Collect and document patient testimonials and feedback for marketing purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; experience in the dental or cosmetic industry is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with CRM software and other lead management tools is a plus but not a requirement.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding goals.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cosmetic dental procedures such as veneers, whitening, or Invisalign.
- Experience in business development or establishing referral partnerships.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and customer engagement strategies.
