Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Injector (RN or NP) with prior Injecting experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide a range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments to enhance the appearance and confidence of our clients. Your expertise in administering injectables, skin care, and commitment to delivering outstanding patient care will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients’ needs, educate them on available treatments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer injectable treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic enhancements, ensuring precision and safety.
- Educate clients about pre- and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and potential side effects, ensuring informed consent.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and participate in ongoing training as required.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Arizona.
- Proven education and experience in aesthetic medicine, specifically administering injectables and skin care (Minimum 1+ years prior experience in a Medical Spa required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient education and satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry techniques and products.
