Job Overview:
We are seeking a Patient Booking Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to leads we generate for our medical spa & aesthetic practice clients, with the goal of setting an appointment. This role requires exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Duties:
- Call leads promptly after they submit their information
- Loosely follow a provided script
- Book them in for an appointment directly onto our clients' calendars
- Manage text conversations with leads
- Keep track of leads in our clients' sales pipelines
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or appointment setting for medical spas or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with marketing software such as GoHighLevel
- Ability to work a multiple short shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
This role has the potential to scale into more hours or a full time role.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
