Job Summary:

Free Spirit Salon and Aesthetics is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, have experience in retail sales, and be obsessed with the customer experience. Duties:

- Greet clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Schedule appointments appropriately
- Help to cross-sell services between Hair Salon and Medical Spa
- Become an expert in our retail lines and help educate clients on products and sell
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment, including restocking supplies and performing routine cleaning tasks.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Skills:.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to cross-sell and sell retail products
- Willingness to learn Zenoti which is our POS
- Experience in a salon or similar environment
- Ability to workas part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
