Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Spa Manager to oversee our spa operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, possess strong leadership skills, and drive revenue growth through effective management strategies.
Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, coach and supervise a team of estheticians, front desk staff, and other spa personnel. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversees day-to-day operations of the office including but not limited to; check-in/check-out, patient forms, room management, schedule supervision, maintaining patient records, collecting and applying payments, retail sales, reconciliation and office cleanliness. Manage and coordinate staff’s PTO and schedule change requests. Prep and process bi-weekly payroll.Take deposits to bank.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all spa services, including scheduling, client management, and inventory control.
- Uphold a high level of customer service by addressing client concerns, ensuring client, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Maintain adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations, licensing mandates, and industry benchmarks.
- Manage the spa’s budget, monitor expenses, and work to achieve revenue targets. Implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Coordinate quarterly events per annual marketing plan.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans that highlight spa services, events, and promotional activities.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high service and client satisfaction standards.
- Prepares and delivers routine operational updates during scheduled meetings, ensuring clear and concise communication of key information to facilitate effective decision-making and team collaboration.
- Commits to professional growth and industry expertise by actively participating in all traveling educational seminars and in-person training sessions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the latest advancements, trends, and best practices within the medical spa field.
Requirements
- Proven experience in spa management or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, preferred.
- Strong ability to sell products and services while providing exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in inventory control and stock management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and sales reporting
- Understanding of market trends in the beauty and wellness industry
- Certification in Spa Management or related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
