We are seeking an experienced/CERTIFIED medical assistant. The role requires previous experience in the Med Spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology industry.
Job Requirements:
- The role requires a combination of administrative tasks and also assisting in procedures.
- Requires candidate to have a minimum of 6 months med spa/derm/plastic surgery experience.
- Must possess a positive attitude, exhibiting excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail with a quick follow up.
- The individual must be a self-motivated, multi-tasker with impeccable time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly.
- The ideal candidate must be a quick study that seeks to learn on their own to help solve day to day problems with minimal direction. Must be extremely driven and results oriented.
Candidate must have math skills in order to assist in drawing up medications and quoting clients on pricing.
- The candidate will be required to demonstrate excellent phone and written skills along with product knowledge, associated with the Med Spa industry; taking the initiative to learn all products and services offered.
- The individual must be tech savvy from a user perspective on multiple online applications including Microsoft, scheduling, order processing, payment systems, etc.
- Strong knowledge of social media, email marketing and other types of marketing services is beneficial.
- Specific duties include answering phones/emails/texts, greeting patients and ensuring general office area is always presentable to clients. You must be accommodating to clients who are booking and those that require follow up. Check in/out of clients and ensure charts/consents are up to date.
- Observe, record, and report patient vitals, conditions, reactions, and past treatments to the medical provider
- Prepare patients for consultation, evaluation, and treatment

- Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all transactions

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading, and data entry

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred (e.g., front desk agent, medical receptionist, office clerk)

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- High school diploma or equivalent required
