Job Title: Spanish Speaking Medical Assistant with Experience

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spanish speaking Medical Assistant to join our Incredible TEAM. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical setting, proficiency in Spanish, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Assist healthcare professionals with patient exams, procedures, and administrative tasks
Take vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and maintain accurate medical records
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams in Spanish
Administer medications, injections, and perform phlebotomy as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standards
Assisting our Nurse Practitioner and Surgeon in minimally invasive procedures

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in Medical Assisting preferred
Proficiency in Spanish (verbal and written)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and patients

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fun, upbeat environment
Positive attitude with willingness to learn
Experience in a Med Spa Setting, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
Certification in Medical Assisting (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
