Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Aesthetician/Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics and a strong background in various laser, body contouring and aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated history of sales success (minimum 1 year of aesthetic package sales experience required)
- This position demands a highly motivated individual with confidence in their closing abilities and be capable of addressing objections effectively within a consultation setting.
- As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our clients, ensuring their safety and satisfaction throughout their experience. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend custom aesthetic or body contouring packages to reach their desired outcomes.
- Perform cryo-sculpting and aesthetic laser treatments with precision, confidence and care.
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in laser technology and aesthetic treatments.
- Assist in retail sales of skincare products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Must have neat, tidy, professional appearance.
- Candidate must have proven track record of reliability and strong attendance.
Skills
- Proficiency in software for scheduling and client management.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols related to laser treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team in a busy environment.
- Skilled at social media content.
- Experience with Neveskin/Cryoskin, Body Contouring, Lutronic Genius RF Microneedling, Aerolase Neo Elite, Cynosure ICON, BioRepeel, Facials, Red Light Body Wraps are a plus
*Additional compensation will be given for clients the candidate brings into our spa. A strong social media presence is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
