The Brightwood, Guest Sales Coordinator
The Brightwood is a boutique facial aesthetic practice, where the art of aesthetics meets the art of hospitality. We are physician led medical practice that specializes on the face and neck, delivered by our team of top aesthetic practitioners all trained by and under the direct supervision of our Medical Director. The Brightwood provides a curated menu of services that include injectables, biostimulator, and medical skincare treatments, hand-selected from the best products and technology on the market. Our guests are busy and highly discerning––we deliver natural results with the exceptional experience, discretion, and convenience they need.
As our Guest Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility is sales, operations, and ensuring a high-end customer experience. You have sales experience with a revenue goal or quota. You are expected to learn our company’s talk tracks and menu of services to speak to our guest through an educational approach. Your focus is bookings, rebooking, retention, upselling, and cross selling services and products, outreach, and tracking opportunities. You are responsible for speaking to the guests about next steps in their treatment plan laid out with their practitioner. You believe in always delivering a superior guest experience to match The Brightwood standard. You will routinely go above and beyond to deliver a best-in-class experience to everyone who visits our locations.
Responsibilities:
● Build strong, trusting relationships with our guests to establish a loyal base by making each guest feel invited and welcomed
● Take all guest through entire appointment process by learning our practice management software.
● Master talk tracks for services + effectively communicate to guests to book their appointments
● Track all future leads and assist with outreach.
● Ensure 100% guest satisfaction and identify ways to always improve and better the guest experience.
● Focus on guest experience including retention and loyalty outreach cadence.
● Answer all phone calls and messages with our company greeting while intelligently speaking to The Brightwood, our services, products, and Practitioners

Requirements:
● Front desk experience required (medical experience, spa, or hospitality service business highly preferred).
● Reliable transportation
● Must be available to work weekends and nights
● Part time or Full Time
● Personable with ability to think outside the box
