We are in search of a dynamic Front Desk Associate to be the face of our Customer Service Operations for our NEW location that will help further our mission!
Nava Health is a fast-growing and features a membership-based integrative practice with multiple locations in MD, VA, FL (and now NJ!), as well as tele-visit options. NAVA began in 2014 with the mission to help clients transform their health and has grown to over 35,000.
Each center has a team of highly skilled Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs, Phlebotomists, Nutritionists, Acupuncturists, and Massage Therapists. Together, we work to optimize health with our revolutionary and integrative approach to total body health & wellness.
An ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, genuinely enjoy helping others, and can easily thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position works directly with the General Manager to define daily tasks to support daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Our mission is to offer Nava’s integrated wellness on a national basis, and we need a strong team to make it happen.
What You’ll Do
- Handling inbound and outbound prospect and patient calls throughout their wellness journey and proudly promote all that Nava has to offer
- Explain Nava membership benefits, wellness packages, integrative therapies, and nutraceuticals
- Educating members on proposed treatment plans and pricing based on their individualized Custom Vitality Plan
- Build sustainable relationships and engage members by going the extra mile
- Providing exceptional service while managing appointment requests and general inquires, over the phone
- Accurately billing clients during the check-out process
- Acting as a liaison between client/patients, therapist, and medical staff
- Evaluating all levels of client experience to ensure the quality meets Brand standards
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Who You Are
- Minimum 3-5 years of Customer Service experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of direct sales experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a spa or medical setting preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work cohesively with others in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and customer relationship skills
- Good judgement and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable performing several tasks using computer software including EHR, Telemedicine Platform, Telephone software, Teams, and Outlook
- Flexibility to work some evenings and/or Saturdays
