We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for esthetic treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Laser Technician, you will perform various laser treatments and other esthetic procedures to enhance our clients' beauty and confidence. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive experience for each client.

Responsibilities

Perform esthetic laser treatments with precision and care, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of clients.
Administer dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments as needed, adhering to all safety protocols.
Conduct dermabrasion procedures and body waxing services, maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, educating them about procedures, and recommending appropriate treatments.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments efficiently.
Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products and services that align with clients' needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized after each use.
Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetic treatments and continuously improve skills through professional development.

Requirements

Proven experience in esthetic laser treatment or related fields is preferred.
Knowledge of dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, dermabrasion, body waxing, and makeup application is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment management and client records is a plus.
Background in barbering or retail sales can be beneficial.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Must possess the necessary certifications or licenses required by state regulations for performing laser treatments.
