We are seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Medical Spa Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings through our scheduling software.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with excellent customer service.
- Maintain the front desk and lobby areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Assist with client intake forms and preparation for treatments.
- Manage payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
- Previous experience in a medical spa, spa, or beauty/wellness setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel) and scheduling/point-of-sale software (e.g., Booker, Mindbody).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to assist with social media engagement and app management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a professional appearance.
Compensation:
- Entry-level candidates: Starting at $16 per hour.
- Experienced candidates: Up to $25 per hour, based on skills and qualifications.
