As an esthetician, your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create an excellent and unforgettable experience for our clients
- Analyze, consult and perform high-quality hair removal in a professional and comfortable setting
- Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of clients
- Meet and exceed service and retail objectives
- Execute services to Sugaring NYC standards
- Review your schedule on our Zenoti app
- Check in and out clients with our POS system
- Product Knowledge; to educate clients on our products and services
- Team work motivated
- Knowledge of hygiene and policy standards
- A willingness to learn
- Adapting to new situations quickly
- Maintain appropriate conversations before during and after the service
- Restock the room according to company standards
- Follow the policy standards for dropping or picking up your shifts as advised by the handbook and management
- Sanitize and clean room after EVERY service and EVERY shift
- Be customer service driven
We are hiring for full-time positions, (part time options available)
A mix of am/pm shifts: Monday – Friday 9am-3pm and Monday – Friday 3-9pm
We require only one weekend day (9 hour shift) Saturday or Sunday 10am-7pm
