SKIN CLINIC with a location in NYC, Bronx and White Plains is looking for:
MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST/MEDICAL ASSISTANT:
* Full-Time
* Start ASAP
* MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE
* EXPERIENCE WITH PRACTICE MANAGEMENT & EMR SOFTWARE
* Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus
* Must be organized, punctual, motivated, interested in the beauty industry
* Must have excellent communication, writing, and marketing skills
* Excellent computer skill
* Have to be available to work some weekends
* Must be available to travel to Riverdale, White Plains, and NYC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments
- Assisting with procedures & sterilizing instruments
- Pre- and post-procedure work with patients
- Ordering supplies
EXPERIENCE:
Graduates of Medical Assistant Programs or Certified Billers welcomed to apply
