PLASTIC SURGERY RN NURSE INJECTOR
We are looking for a well organized and experienced Nurse Injector for a position in our Aesthetic Medical Office and Skincare Center. Our office is a respected and busy plastic surgery practice with Aesthetic offerings.
This position requires an individual who is outgoing, energetic, dynamic and extremely organized. Must be able to work autonomously and as a team. Your role is not only to act as a clinician, but also to assist, and strengthen the patient experience.
Must have strong customer service experience, have exceptional computer proficiency, ability to prioritize, be detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to effectively sustain multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service and quality patient care.
Should have experience injecting Botox & Fillers. Will be responsible for speaking with patients on the phone, explaining procedures, answering questions, providing guidance, promoting ancillary services, as well as the surgeon and surgical results, interfacing with patients and their families, customizing the care plan for each patient, managing the consultation/injectable process, paying close attention to the details of the entire patient experience, participating in practice marketing, bonding, and “hand holding” of patients through their decision process.
This position is not only a clinical role, but also a customer service role, as well as a patient support role for all new and existing patients in the practice and the ideal candidate must thrive in a service environment.
§ Medical office experience in the areas of Plastic Surgery or Dermatology required
§ Experience with injecting Botox/Fillers required
§ Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills over the telephone, in written communication and in-person.
§ Unencumbered FL license.
