Responsibilities:

Perform advanced skincare treatments including HydraFacials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and facials with precision and expertise.
Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment, ensuring adherence to strict sanitation and safety protocols.
Stay updated on the latest skincare technologies, techniques, and trends to provide clients with cutting-edge treatments and exceptional results.
Provide exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every client.
Collaborate with other members of the medical spa team to deliver comprehensive skincare solutions and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an aesthetician, with a proven track record of excellence in performing HydraFacials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and facials.
Valid aesthetician license and certification in the state of Florida.
Exceptional technical skills and knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized skincare recommendations.
