Position: Spa Receptionist / Scheduling Coordinator
Location: South Tampa

We’re looking for a Spa Receptionist / Scheduling Coordinator to join our SOHO Wellness & Medspa team. This isn’t your average reception role—think of yourself as the heartbeat of our spa!
What You’ll Do:
- Start the day on the right note: set up spa water, prepare the reception desk, and ensure our lounges and treatment rooms are flawless.
- Manage our booking system (Booker experience required) to keep schedules for multiple providers running smoothly.
- Welcome our clients with warmth, professionalism, and a smile (you’ll be the first impression they remember!).
- Handle essential details: electronic paperwork, confirmations, follow-ups, and ensuring IDs are on file.
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing concerns and resolving them with ease.
- Assist our amazing team of therapists, estheticians, and injectors—collaboration is key!
- Wrap up the day securely, locking up and prepping for another fabulous day ahead.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: You’ve worked with the Booker system and are a pro at coordinating schedules for multiple providers.
- Personality: You’re organized, dependable, and bring positive energy wherever you go.
- Passion: Knowledge of medspa services and their benefits is a big plus!
