Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Aesthetician/Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aesthetic treatments and possess excellent customer service skills. As an Aesthetician/ Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing various treatments while ensuring the highest standards of safety and care for our clients. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the overall client experience and satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform facials, skin rejuvenation, and other treatments as per client needs.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their treatment goals and provide professional recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress using salon software.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the treatment area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in laser treatments and aesthetic services.
- Assist with retail sales of skincare products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and positive environment for clients.
Skills
- Proficient in retail sales techniques to effectively promote products and services.
- Experience with facials, dermabrasion, chemical peels, and lasers is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients and ensure their comfort during treatments.
- NY State Licensure is required
- Familiarity with salon software for managing appointments and client records.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
