Quickly growing boutique medical spa is looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our team!
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in Spa setting.
- Retail experience.
- Experience with appointment booking software.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Team player.
- Leadership capabilities.
- Punctual and Reliable.
- Have a passion for beauty industry.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Open the spa at the designated time and have all front desk activities fully operational at the start of business hours.
- Answer phone calls, text messages and emails providing superior communication.
- Greet all incoming clients and manage check in process.
- Manage appointment bookings.
- Manage payment transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Address and resolve customer questions.
- Maintain, clean and organize the reception area.
- Promote sales and offer upgrades to the clients.
- Provide general administrative support to technicians.
- Handle various assignments simultaneously.
- Other duties as assigned.
- $20-$25 per hour (depending on experience) + sales commissions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
