Our team of dedicated professionals provides top-tier services in a luxurious, relaxing environment. We are currently seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and help ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients warmly and check them in for their appointments.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and manage scheduling.
- Provide information on our services, promotions, and products.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
- Process payments and manage transactions using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with medical and aesthetic staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa, salon, or medical environment.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with scheduling and POS software (experience with Booker, MindBody, or similar software is a plus).
- Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
