We are seeking an experienced, talented, outgoing licensed Medical Aesthetician/Front Desk Coordinator who is passionate, ambitious, reliable, and wants to grow with us! The ideal candidate should be motivated to promote the medical spa and bring in clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments and services, including but not limited to facials, HydraFacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and body treatments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their specific needs and goals.
- Assess clients' skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
- Suggest various upgrades; sell additional services and products in a professional manner.
- Actively promote treatments, services, and retail, as well as programs, special promotions and/or discounts available.
- Build and maintain great customer relationships and actively recruit new clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly individual service and product goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the field of aesthetics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Additional responsibilities include: answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, client outreach, collecting payment for products/services, creating and posting social media content, inventory, laundry, opening /closing shift responsibilities, etc.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Accurate use of timekeeping.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Appropriate and sufficient training will be provided at owner's cost
Skills:
- Proficient in performing aesthetic treatments within scope of practice and licensing.
- HydraFacial experience and certification is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical grade skincare products and their benefits for different skin types.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have in a friendly, professional manner.
- Sales skills to promote skincare products and up-sell services when appropriate.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with social media and marketing is highly desirable.
- Experience with Aesthetics Pro EMR is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 31 – 35 per week
