Join One Mind & Body, a holistic wellness center in Los Angeles, as a Patient Scheduling Coordinator. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments accurately, and ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for patients
Schedule appointments with precision
Coordinate healthcare professionals' schedules
Verify insurance details and process payments
Provide information about services to patients
Maintain patient records with confidentiality
Collaborate with the team for a positive patient journey
Manage patient wait times effectively
Stay updated on insurance policies and procedures
Assist with administrative tasks and special projects

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification a plus
Minimum 2 years experience in a medical office
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures preferred
