Experienced Aesthetician
Our dermatology private practice located in the heart of Arlington; VA is expanding! We are seeking an experienced medical aesthetician (MA) with a passion for aesthetics and dermatology to join our team. The MA should be passionate about healthy skin and excited to pamper clients. We are seeking someone who embraces “going the extra mile” to create an exceptional experience for each patient. The successful candidate will have experience in providing exceptional client/patient service, be a positive team player, exhibit compassion and confidence, and have the knowledge of aesthetic industry standards and trends.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of skin care and non-surgical treatments, including facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and massage, with physician-supervised training.
- Provide skincare consultations for prospective clients and current dermatology patients.
- Collaborate with physicians and the practice manager to enhance marketing efforts.
- Grow your clientele through proactive outreach within our existing patient flow.
- Assist the office while not seeing aesthetician patients by answering phone, checking in patients, collecting insurance information, and processing payments
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in advanced facial and upper body massage techniques, and 1-2 years of experience performing medical-grade facials with extractions, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning.
- Proactive Mindset: A self-starter eager to develop new services in a growing practice.
- Customer Focus: Must possess outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills, demonstrating compassion and professionalism.
- Product Knowledge: Confidence in recommending products and providing expert skincare advice is essential.
- Social Media Savvy: Experience managing social media platforms is a plus.
- Professional Integrity: Must uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior.
Required Qualifications:
- Master Esthetics License.
- A strong drive to work in a medical setting.
