Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Esthetician to join our team. As a Master Esthetician, you will provide expert skin care services, tailored to the individual needs of each client, using advanced techniques and high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in various skin care treatments, a passion for client care, and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments (if applicable), with an emphasis on high-quality, customized skin care services.
- Provide expert consultations, assessing clients' skin conditions, concerns, and needs to recommend effective treatments and home care regimens.
- Ensure all services are performed according to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the beauty and skin care industry, and incorporate them into your service offerings.
- Create and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, follow-up care, and professional advice on skin health.
- Assist with promoting spa/salon products, services, and special offers to clients.
- Meet or exceed service and sales goals set by management.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history, preferences, and feedback, and follow up as necessary.
- Ensure the overall ambiance of the spa/salon remains relaxing and welcoming.
- Continuously develop professional skills through training and certifications.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must hold a valid Master Esthetician license in Virginia.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as an esthetician, with at least 4 years of experience in advanced skin care treatments.
- Specializations: Experience in [list any specific treatments the candidate should have expertise in, such as anti-aging facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, laser hair removal, etc.].
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and conditions, as well as an understanding of various skin care ingredients, tools, and equipment.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry equipment, and perform treatments that may require physical exertion.
