Duties/Responsibilities
- Conduct laser hair removal treatments for all clients.
- Educate clients on proper skincare regimens and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatment details and progress.
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical team to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Evaluate treatment outcomes and recommend modifications to enhance results in a friendly and comfortable environment.
- Identify appropriate laser settings based on each client’s personal conditions and treatment areas.
- Actively listen to customer needs to promote additional products and treatments.
General Accountabilities
- Analyze medical histories to make informed treatment decisions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of treatment plans and client progress.
- Adhere to all quality, safety, environmental, and infection control policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.
- The company reserves the right to add or modify duties as needed, including administrative tasks during low client volume.
Job Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED; additional education in a relevant field is preferred.
- Licenses: Valid Esthetician License and Laser Technician license as required by state regulations.
- Experience:
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in laser hair removal.
- Must: Experience in upselling additional treatments and products.
- Experience providing other beauty services such as RF body contouring, micro needling, or facials is a bonus.
