Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director with extensive knowledge in aesthetics to oversee and elevate the medical standards of our Spa. The ideal candidate will serve as a clinical leader, ensuring compliance, providing guidance on treatments and supporting the team of licensed professionals. This role requires a balance of medical expertise, business acumen and a passion for the aesthetic industry.

Duties

Clinical Oversight: Oversee all medical skincare procedures
Compliance & Protocols: Develop, implement and enforce protocols and policies that meet local, state, and federal standards
Development & Mentorship: Provide trainings ( if applicable), mentorship and support to staff, ensuring to stay current on latest techniques and technologies
Develop and enforce policies that align with FDA regulations and best practices.
Quality Assurance: Regularly review patient outcomes and feedback to maintain and improve the quality of services offered
Collaborate with management to identify new services, treatments and technologies that align with market trends, client demand and mission statement.
Provide guidance and support staff regarding procedures.
Client Consultations: Conduct consultations if needed, providing expert recommendations tailored to clients' unique needs and goals

Skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and staff
Business oriented mindset with a focus on driving results and enhancing client satisfaction
Familiarity with FDA regulations related to clinical operations.
Knowledge of emerging trends in the aesthetic industry and a commitment to continuing education
Experience with marketing and promoting aesthetic services

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $130.61 per hour
