Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director with extensive knowledge in aesthetics to oversee and elevate the medical standards of our Spa. The ideal candidate will serve as a clinical leader, ensuring compliance, providing guidance on treatments and supporting the team of licensed professionals. This role requires a balance of medical expertise, business acumen and a passion for the aesthetic industry.
Duties
- Clinical Oversight: Oversee all medical skincare procedures
- Compliance & Protocols: Develop, implement and enforce protocols and policies that meet local, state, and federal standards
- Development & Mentorship: Provide trainings ( if applicable), mentorship and support to staff, ensuring to stay current on latest techniques and technologies
- Develop and enforce policies that align with FDA regulations and best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly review patient outcomes and feedback to maintain and improve the quality of services offered
- Collaborate with management to identify new services, treatments and technologies that align with market trends, client demand and mission statement.
- Provide guidance and support staff regarding procedures.
- Client Consultations: Conduct consultations if needed, providing expert recommendations tailored to clients' unique needs and goals

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $130.61 per hour
