JOB OVERVIEW:
At Brickell Cosmetic Center, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality aesthetic services. BCC is a luxury brand staffed by an ambitious group of people who are experts in the art of beauty and deliver an indulgent experience for each of our customers. Our talented team is looking for a Medical Esthetician who is passionate, ambitious, and wants to grow with us.
A medical esthetician will perform professional facials, chemical peels, HydraFacials, exfoliation treatments, Microneedling and select body treatments, as well as providing other spa service recommendations. Whoever assumes this role will also assist in the development and growth sales.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide aesthetic non-invasive cosmetic treatments and services.
- Meet sales goals by recommending services and retail products.
- Make service and treatment recommendations by analyzing skin types and educating guests.
- Gather guest medical history and inquire about contraindications and proceed accordingly.
- Accurately maintain and update guest records.
- Organize, assist, and attend organization special events and marketing opportunities.
- Clean, sanitize, organize, and maintain equipment and procedure room.
- Perform follow-up calls to guests: review treatment, answer questions, schedule follow up, and promote retail product sales.
- Participate in marketing, networking, and promotions for BCC across various marketing and networking mediums (Including, but not limited to: Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified/licensed Esthetician within the jurisdiction of employment (required).
- Possesses a deep, thorough knowledge of the skin.
- Has excellent facial massage and skin extraction techniques.
- Knowledge of current Aesthetic treatment practices, products and trends.
- Experienced and comfortable consulting patients regarding skin care needs, techniques and treatment plans.
- Knowledgeable of HIPAA policies and procedures.
- Must have minimum 2 year of Experience in Aesthetic Services
- MUST BE READY to perform HydraFacials with little to no training.
- MUST be available to work Saturdays
- MUST be available to work Full-Time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
