We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for nails, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about services and products.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations using Vagaro.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Promote salon services and products through effective upselling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, ensuring it is inviting for clients.
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
- Assist in inventory management as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or salon environment.
- Strong basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a positive client relationship.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work well with team members.
- Familiarity with Vagaro is a plus
- A passion for beauty, wellness, and the salon industry is highly desirable.
