Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Licensed Esthetician with a strong background in sales and customer service. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing both facials and body contouring treatments, as well as driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. This role offers the opportunity to learn advanced medical spa treatments and transition to Medical Esthetician. You will receive comprehensive medical spa training and dedicated mentorship to help you reach your full potential and excel in your aesthetic career.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of body contouring treatments, including but not limited to: radio frequency skin tightening, cellulite reduction, and non-invasive fat reduction techniques.
- Administer advanced facial treatments such as chemical peels, Co2 lasers, medical RF micro-needling, customized medical grade facials.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skin care needs and goals, and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our services and products and promote sales through effective communication and selling techniques.
- Collaborate with team members in various marketing efforts to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the spa/clinic.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in esthetics and skin care, and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- SOAP notes and record keeping.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
- Create a fun and positive work environment for self and others.
Qualifications:
- Valid Esthetician license in New York State.
- Minimum of 1/2 years of experience as a licensed esthetician, with a focus on both facial treatments and body contouring.
- Proven track record of success in sales and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and treatments, and the ability to effectively recommend and upsell products to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and create a positive experience.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service and results-driven treatments.
- Exceptional organizational skills and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Preferred some experience working with medical esthetics treatments and familiarity with medical-grade skincare products, but NOT required.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays.
- Excellent work ethic.

Salary includes: starting base/and or Commission, plus Tips.
