Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking an outgoing, tech-savvy individual who loves working with people and excels at multitasking. If you're passionate about sales and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is the role for you. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Can confidently recommend and upsell services, packages, and memberships.
- Is organized and proficient with scheduling and point-of-sale systems.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients warmly and ensure they feel at home in our spa.
- Offer expert advice on services and product offerings.
- Answer phone inquiries, book appointments, and provide service recommendations.
- Manage appointment schedules and support the medical team’s coordination.
- Handle sales, including membership plans and service packages.
- Contribute to maintaining a pristine, professional lobby.
- Act as a key holder, ensuring security and accountability when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Rotating shift
- Weekends as needed

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Required)
- Med Spa: 1 year (Required)
- Computer skills: 2 years (Preferred)
