Cell Renew Medical Spa is a small business located in Tampa, FL. We are professional, agile, and innovative. Our goal is to help people improve their skin quality and overall health.
We are looking for a part time experienced aesthetician with laser experience and training. This position may have the potential to move to full time. Ideally bilingual and interested in growing with the company!
We are open Monday-Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing Skin Assessments: Conducting thorough assessments of clients' skin conditions to determine their specific needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Providing Facial Treatments: Administering classic facials and Hydrafacials, which may include cleansing, exfoliating, extracting impurities, applying masks, and moisturizing, tailored to each client's skin type.
- Performing Laser Hair Removal: Conducting hair removal treatments with the laser.
- Conducting Chemical Peels and Microneedling: Administering advanced skincare treatments to address specific skin concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, and fine lines.
- Providing Product Recommendations: Advising clients on skincare products and regimens that will complement their specific skin type and address their concerns.
- Maintaining Clean and Sanitary Work Environment: Ensuring that all equipment, tools, and work areas are properly sanitized and maintained in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Keeping Records and Client Documentation: Documenting client information, treatment details, and product recommendations for future reference and to maintain a professional record.
- Staying Informed About Industry Trends: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in skincare and esthetics through continuing education and professional development.
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for clients, addressing their questions and concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Upselling and Retail Sales: Recommending and selling skincare products, cosmetics, and other related items to clients for at-home use.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- MUST have a valid Esthetician and Electrolysis License
- 1-2 years experience in the following areas: skincare, hydrafacials, microneedling, and laser hair removal.
- Must be able to work at least two Saturdays a month
- Bilingual is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
