Established med spa in South Tampa is growing and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Esthetician / Laser Specialist with remarkable sales and customer service skills to join our team. As an Esthetician within our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients, while also upselling services and driving sales of retail products. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of qualifications including expertise in laser hair removal, advanced facials, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, medical-grade peels, microneedling, full body waxing, lash lifts, brow lamination, and tinting.
Responsibilities include:
· Laser hair removal using advanced laser technologies.
· HydraFacial treatments to cleanse, exfoliate, extract, and hydrate the skin.
· Dermaplaning to remove dead skin cells and peach fuzz.
· Administer medical-grade peels to address various skin concerns.
· Conduct microneedling procedures to stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture.
· Perform lash lifts to enhance the appearance of natural lashes.
· Provide brow lamination services for defined and groomed eyebrows.
· Offer tinting services for lashes and brows to add definition and depth.
· Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns and goals.
· Educate clients on skincare products, treatments, and aftercare routines to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
· Utilize strong sales skills to recommend treatment enhancement options, as well as retail skincare products,
· Meet and exceed sales targets for service appointments and retail skincare products.
· Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols.
· Keep up to date with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and technologies through ongoing education and training.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.
Qualifications:
· Valid Esthetician license for the State of Florida
· Valid Electrolysis license for the State of Florida
· Medical Aesthetician Certification, preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional spa setting.
· Strong understanding of skincare science, skin types, and conditions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Sales driven with a consultative mindset.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Professional demeanor and appearance.
· Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
· Flexibility to work Saturdays.
