Patient Adviser - Sales Professional for Cosmetic Surgery
Dynamic Plastic Surgery / Cosmetic surgery practice seeking a strong Sales professional to join our team! Our growing practice is hiring for a Patient Adviser position. We have an immediate opening (F/T) for a take charge, highly motivated, and experienced worker who knows how to treat our patients with a smile while ensuring the delivery of top notch care. A demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize duties is a must.
Our office is primarily located in Tampa FL, with another location in The Villages, FL. Staff travels to one location or the other either in their own car (travel time paid along with mileage reimbursement) or in the company rental (travel time paid.) We typically spend 1-2 days in The Villages and 3 days in Tampa.
This is a sales position and your hours will vary; a typical day will require 9am-5pm. Only apply if you are willing to work a schedule that will be somewhat flexible and if you are comfortable with traveling regularly as required.
Our sales process is consultation based and requires adept one on one interactions with our patients. The ability to form meaningful relationships, present our products and then close the deal is crucial.
Experience in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology sales is required; this is a high performing lucrative office dealing in elective procedures and we need proven sales professionals from our industry.
Selected Responsibilities and Duties Listed Below:
- Be Responsible for answering inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Be Responsible for resolving problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Be Responsible for fulfilling requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Be Responsible for selling additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new products and procedures.
- Be Responsible for maintaining CRM database.
- Be Responsible for keeping equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
- Be Responsible for updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Be Responsible for enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Be Responsible for following complete checklist for all consultations.
- Be Responsible for learning and maintaining ways to show presentations and before and after pictures for consultations, trade shows and seminars.
- Be Responsible for outbound calling, presence at seminars, and presence at selected trade shows to gather new leads, nurture existing relationships and represent the Image Lift Brand.
- Be Responsible for creating a concierge experience and nurturing patient relationships and making them feel comfortable at all times.
- Be Responsible for selling facial cosmetic procedures by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities and features.
- Be Responsible for developing and qualifying patients; closing sales; maintaining relationships with all leads and contacts made.
- Be Responsible for understanding all facial cosmetic procedures.
- Be Responsible for developing patients by maintaining rapport; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending new sales offers and product/procedure offerings.
- Be Responsible for qualifying patients by understanding clients' areas of concern and desires for improvement; building rapport.
- Be Responsible for closing sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales paperwork; explaining and offering financing; collects payment; maintains relationship with client previous to and following procedures booked.
