Job Description:
As a Medical Assistant at our medical spa, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch services and care to our clients. You’ll be responsible for assisting in aesthetic treatments, managing patient flow, and ensuring the spa operates smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Assist medical staff with aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, hormone therapy, and weight loss treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment is sterile and ready for use.
- Conduct pre-treatment consultations and educate clients on available services.
- Record patient medical history, vital signs, and treatment details.
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and ensure patients feel comfortable.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
- Manage client scheduling, phone calls, and emails with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ensure client confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support medical staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a medical spa or related field.
- Experience in providing aesthetic services such as weight loss, hormone therapy, Botox, and fillers is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing excellent patient care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
