Job Summary:
The primary goal of the Account Manager is to meet established sales targets by delivering significant value to potential customers through our unique digital marketing services. Supported by tools and promotional resources designed for immediate impact, you'll strategically target and manage customer accounts while presenting and selling our services. Success in this role requires working independently, staying highly engaged, and maintaining a strong customer focus.
In addition to managing sales, you will oversee digital marketing services and other projects, work closely with the CEO on partnerships, and contribute to research and trend analysis. You’ll need strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks while collaborating with the team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies to maximize practice's market share based on established objectives.
- Coordinate with the Service Team to resolve client concerns regarding services.
- Formulate and coordinate marketing activities to promote services and collaborate with the director to create promotional materials.
- Manage and support sales efforts, working closely with the CEO and team on strategic initiatives.
- Participate in hiring new team members to support company growth.
- Engage in research to identify new trends and market opportunities.
- Stay organized and work closely with the CEO to ensure alignment on company goals and projects.
Responsibilities for Account Manager:
Present and sell services to prospective clients.
- Manage client accounts and maintain regular communication to understand their needs.
- Help with team projects and collaborate on various initiatives.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty.
- Respond to client issues to ensure satisfaction and maintain the company’s reputation.
- Assist the CEO with day-to-day tasks and sales-related projects.
- Work with our partners on collaborative projects.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
Qualifications for Account Manager:
- Proven experience in the aesthetics or med spa industry.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in another customer-facing sales role.
- Ability to manage projects and sales accounts while maintaining a client-focused approach.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and familiarity with CRM software; knowledge of Salesforce and Canva is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing solutions.
