We are seeking a skilled, positive leader to become our practice manager and oversee daily operations and facilitate growth and development for our brand.
You will oversee all operations and ensure the highest level of client experience and personailiztion is met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the wellness, self-care and takes inititve to complete tasks on their own without supervision.

This position will report directly to the Owner.
DUTIES
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all clients receive personalized care
- Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee recruitment, training, development, and performance of the team
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics. Track monthly goals, memberships, new clients and sales
- Implement strategies to increase revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability
- Manager is expected to arrive to Alexis Lauren at least 30 minutes prior to opening hours of operation in order to prepare for client encounters scheduled throughout the day.
- Manager will come to owner and marketing with new ideas and strategize with other local businesses as well to grow the brand
- Office manager is responsible for the oversight of all Alexis Lauren employees and to set fourth and lead by example the brand and business practices of the company
- Manager is responsible to work with all providers to ensure adequate inventory of all products and services rendered by Alexis Lauren
- Office manager must oversee and track new client leads, ensure leads are followed up with, provide administrative services, oversee profit and loses, increase company growth, monitor product margins, track client reviews, promote a positive work environment, manage client requests and complaints within 24 hours, troubleshoot electronic medical record, maximize utilization of rooms, maximize operational hour revenue, explore new client acquisitions and any other tasks deemed required or necessary by Alexis Lauren
- Manager will make the employee schedule and ensure vacation requests, sick days etc are covered
- Manager will manage Alexis Lauren administrative email account and answer within 24 hours
- Manager will fulfill the role of aiding in client bookings, answering client questions, assist in point of sale/invoice transactions, and retail product sales
- Manager will train, hire and recruit all new employees
- Manager will ensure all sales are rung up correctly and monitor daily invoices and treatment forms
- Stay current on industry trends and developments
- Ability to sell products, services, and memberships effectively plus train others to do so
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery office or wellness setting is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
-Ability to create a fun, positive team environment while still hitting goals for the practice
- Ability to troubleshoot on your own without supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,748.00 - $65,000.00 per year
