Sales Consultant (Base Salary plus Commission)
Body Details specializes in cosmetic laser services such as Laser Hair Removal, Tattoo Removal, Skin Rejuvenation and Botox treatments based in Florida. We are looking to hire a Lead Sales Consultant at our Kendall, FL location. This role is a key role within Body Details, focusing on performing excellent laser hair removal treatments, driving aesthetic sales, building partnerships, establishing grassroots leads, and networking. The role requires a deep understanding of the aesthetic industry and a proactive approach to establishing and maintaining relationships.
Duties:
- Develop and implement effective consultative sales strategies to promote aesthetic services.
- Perform laser hair removal treatments and consult with existing clients on aesthetic services.
- Conduct cold calls, proactively generate leads and effectively convert those leads into sales to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Actively network with internal and external clients to maximize business relationships and identify new leads.
- Develop and execute grassroots marketing strategies to generate leads and promote Body Details services.
- Utilize community engagement and local events to create interest and awareness of Body Details services.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive and satisfying experience for Body Details’ clients.
Qualifications:
- Certified Electrologist with laser hair removal experience
- Proven experience in consultative sales, within the med spa or aesthetic industry highly preferred.
- Reach monthly sales goals including conversion rate and average sales targets.
- Strong network and relationships skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
