Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, demonstrating expertise in various techniques while providing exceptional guest services. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.
Duties
- Perform a range of skincare treatments, including facials, Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels
- Sanitate all tools and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Utilize software for scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their needs and preferences.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk, greeting clients and managing inquiries.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty to offer informed recommendations.
- Secure patient information and maintaining patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; keeping patient information confidential.
- Organizing exam and treatment rooms, stocking and cleaning rooms
- Assisting with marketing for the Company
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in guest services within a medical or spa environment.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with medical software systems is preferred.
- A proactive approach to sanitation practices to ensure client safety.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity of HIPAA is a plus.
