RenewMe Medspa is a physician-led, family-owned medical spa located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. We specialize in medical-grade wellness, anti-aging, and aesthetic services designed to enhance quality of life. Our team of skilled professionals—including physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and medical assistants—provides treatments such as injectables, IV vitamin therapy, facials, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss programs, and more.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional Medical Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about beauty, health, and wellness, and excel at providing an exceptional customer experience, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage patient check-ins, schedule appointments, and handle phone inquiries.
- Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms and waiting areas before and after appointments.
- Administer intramuscular shots (e.g., vitamin injections, booster shots) following proper protocols and under supervision.
- Assist physicians, nurses, and other team members during treatments and procedures.
- Maintain organization in the reception area and treatment rooms.
- Stock and organize medical supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide patient education and guidance regarding treatments and aftercare.
- Perform light administrative tasks, including filing and documentation.
- Occasionally run local errands as needed.
- Uphold cleanliness and compliance standards across the facility.
- Other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

- Part-time: (4) 8-hour shifts, including every other weekend
