ENTRY LEVEL Personal Assistant for hire

$16 to $18 per hour

A Personal Assistant is needed to assist a psychiatric doctor that evaluates workers compensation patients. Currently the 77-year-old doctor has 2 personal assistants that work with him from his home office in Pacific Palisades. We have 10 different offices; our main office is in Encino. Maybe once per month, when the main office needs help you and the other 2 personal assistants would go to Encino which rarely happens. 98% of the time, you will work in Pacific Palisades from 10 am to 6 pm.
The schedule will be 3 days during the week
It can be any 3 days but preferably like Tues, Weds & Thurs
There is flexibility to the 3 days during the week (8hrs or it can even be 6hrs)
Then SATURDAY & SUNDAY is a must (8hrs or sometimes even 10hrs)
5 days total. (3 during the week, 2 on the weekend)
SOMETIMES THERE IS OVERTIME.
Your tasks will vary, one day you might be helping the doctor with entry level office tasks such as printing documents for him as he evaluates patients via zoom, or he evaluates them via phone calls. You will scan documents, create medical binders, organize charts and other basic entry level simple office tasks.
Other times you might help with personal matters such as picking up his medications, or driving him around, buying him food, going to the groceries, light cleaning, walking his dogs, taking the doctor to the pool in his house for him to exercise and other simple entry level personal tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a DRIVER'S LICENSE
Must be BILINGUAL in SPANISH
Must be a GREAT WRITTER
After the doctor speaks to each patient which is only about 3 to 8 per day, you will then type up a Progress Note. This progress note consists of only about 5 to 13 sentences or so in 1 or 2 paragraphs listing whatever medications the doctor prescribed the patient, and how the patient is currently feeling. Very basic entry level stuff, as long as you are a great writer with great grammar, then this will work.
