Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, effectively engaging potential customers.
- Assist clients with product selection based on their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions to facilitate follow-ups and relationship building.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels, stock products appropriately, and assist in inventory audits.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone or via digital platforms.
- Support front desk operations as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Leverage multilingual abilities to assist diverse clientele and enhance communication effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cosmetic/surgical sales or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with customers.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse customer base.

Pay: $22.75 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
