What You’ll Do
As a Medical Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in helping new patients access the care they need. Here’s what you can expect:
- Engage with Inbound Leads: Conduct phone consultations with patients who are ready to learn about our services.
- Educate Patients: Help potential patients understand how our services, like hormone therapy and naturopathic treatments, can transform their lives.
- Meet and Exceed KPIs: Monitor and report on daily metrics, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide Stellar Customer Service: Deliver a premium, patient-centric experience during every interaction.
- Manage New Patient Line: Answer and manage calls to ensure quick, high-quality responses.
- Collaborate with the Team: Participate in team meetings and share best practices to foster a supportive, competitive environment.
What You Bring to the Role
We’re looking for a motivated professional with the following qualifications:
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service: You have experience in phone sales, healthcare sales, or a related field.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Docs, and other online platforms.
